About Mari English
I am a mother of a little boy, a wife and Certified Nutritionist. It wasn’t until a couple years ago that I decided I needed a change in my health and image. I was at my heaviest weight, reaching 200 pounds.

Two years ago (2017) I went from 200 to 130 pounds and today I am dedicated to helping others do the same. I realized that in addition to nutrition and exercise, supplementation was going to be something I wanted to be able to provide.

In short, I became a social marketer with a company called Modere, Inc., and I have become quite passionate about their products. From skin care to joint health to maximizing fat loss, I have positioned myself to help others choose which products will work best for them.

Knowing that nutrition and being active are essential in not only losing weight but establishing a lifestyle where you don't gain the weight back, I discovered Robert Ferguson and Diet Free Life and decided to become a Certified Coach. Today, I am both proud and honored to show people how they can eat what I refer to as "real food" and not diet, but burn off excess fat. I work with individuals, families and groups, and I look forward to providing you with a consultation and help you choose the options that will help you succeed with your goals.
